• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

• Extended account inactivity, as defined in jilispins' dormant account policy.

Upon termination of your account for cause, jilispins reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance where permitted by applicable law. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
